Keshawn McDowdell is a student and research assistant for the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program at Muhlenberg College, He’s a psychology major with a minor in Africana studies. In the spring semester of 2023, Keshawn was enrolled in the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program at the Leigh Correctional Facility. He experienced firsthand what it’s like to be a part of the class and help establish a community. Keshawn also wants to go into law enforcement and hopes to gain more knowledge about prisons to better help those incarcerated.
