Grace Leard is a student researcher with the Muhlenberg College Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program. She is a double major in psychology and sociology and hopes to attend psychology graduate school. Grace has a passion for exploring the ways relationship building, person-focused policies and programming, and asset-framed thinking can benefit individuals negatively impacted by the criminal legal system. She is passionate about working with people and is excited by the ways in which the Inside-Out program prioritizes hearing and the voices of the marginalized and pursuing a more equitable future.
